CableStraps

CableStraps play a key role in organizing cables for neatness and accessibility. CableStraps have a lighter, less aggressive grip than other hook & loop ties. They wrap and unwrap very easily without any tugging or pulling. This makes it easier and faster to bundle or unbundle cables. Each roll contains 18 CableStraps. At first glance that may seem like too many but we recommend using two CableStraps on your larger cables.

TIP: How to Make Really Neat Cable Bundles

Loop your cables into 8" to 10" long bundles and fasten the bundle with a CableStrap at both ends. Short bundles fastened only in the center make an unsightly blob of cables with tangle-prone loops sticking out in all directions. But long cable loops fastened at both ends hang in neat rows, take up less space and eliminate tangled cables. See illustration ->

CableStrap Attachment Cutout

Each roll of CableStraps is perforated every 8 inches for easy separation. Near each perforation is a cutout with a flap.

This cutout allows you to secure the CableStrap to your cable. Wrap the CableStrap around your cable and then thread the opposite end through the cutout.
