DeskClamp
Clamps in cable grommet hole or onto desktop or shelf. It serves as mounting bracket for CableHooks and CableTrack and can be combined with other devices to provide a very flexible workstation Cable Management solution.

Other than using the built-in clamp, the mechanism can be screwed to the underside of the work surface when a suitable clamping location is not available. An optional kit of self-tapping, self threading screws is available:
