Shipping
Please refer to the list to your right for countries to which we ship. Depending upon the destination, we offer both UPS and US Postal Service shipping options. Orders to P.O. Box's will only be shipped via the U.S. Postal service.

Order Tracking
As soon as your order is placed we will email you a confirmation. You will receive a second email with your shipment information when your order ships. If you need more specific information about your order contact us at orders@Cable-Safe.com. Please include your name, address and order number.

Package Tracking & Customs
You may track most shipped packages (depending on the carrier used for delivery) using the the tracking number emailed to you in your shipping confirmation.

All Domestic (U.S.) shipping methods provide package tracking.

All International UPS (United Parcel Service) shipping methods provide package tracking. The only USPS (US Postal Service) international shipping method which provides package tracking is Global Express. Global Airmail Parcel Post and Global Priority Mail do not offer package tracking.

The responsibility for all international shipments rests with the customer once the package has been placed by us with the selected carrier. The customer is also responsible for the payment of customs and other import duties levied at the place of delivery.

Canceling your Order
You may cancel your order anytime before it ships by contacting us at orders@Cable-Safe.com. Please include your name, address and order number. If your order has already shipped, simply return your unopened package and we will refund your purchase price. Unfortunately we can not refund your shipping charges.
